Welcome to Sharing Diversity™. This site is designed to be used as a tool, created for individuals seeking a greater understanding of diversity as it relates to their workplace and to the community in which they live. The site provides multicultural and diversity resources for people who would like to embrace diversity in their personal and organizational lives. These resources are essential to increase awareness and build cultural competencies.
Sharing Diversity™ was created to:
- Serve as a multicultural and diversity resource center for local, national and global clients;
- Assist members and non-members to locate information and resources in an expedient manner;
- Provide diversity-related resources and information needed for personal and organizational diversity efforts;
- Meet the needs of diversity practitioners in developing and implementing a diversity process in their organization;
- Aid members and non-members to recruit multicultural candidates for openings;
- Share information and help clients to find answers to their diversity related frequent asked questions, and
- Provide links other diversity sites and organizations.
