Our Senior Trainer and Consultant, Dr. Lakanwal, has extensive and practical knowledge of the people of Afghanistan, their cultural values and beliefs, and about the diverse behaviors of the Afghan people who are living in Afghanistan and parts of Pakistan. Based on his life long experiences in the Afghan society, he has developed a template for intercultural flexibility and competence. Our main goal is to educate individuals who are involved in the process of bringing sustainable peace and stability, as well as the re-building and development of Afghanistan and Pakistan, including but not limited to: military personnel, agricultural experts, educators, medical professionals, etc. There is a huge need to build their cultural competency before they are deployed to Afghanistan and Pakistan. They should not only be culturally aware, they should be culturally intelligent.
