Janice Downing
Janice Downing is the Chief Executive Officer of Fredrikson Human Resources Consulting, Ltd. and has 20 years of broad human resources experience. She advises and provides a broad range of services to her clients including one-on-one coaching, recruiting and staffing practices, performance management, affirmative action reporting, and project management. Janice draws on her experience to create cost-effective strategies that are value-added, practical and maximize both the bottom line results and effectiveness of an organization's human assets.
Janice attended the Ohio State University School of Business and has attended formal training in business process improvement and affirmative action planning methods. She is a certified Professional in Human Systems Dynamics (PHSD). Additionally, she is a past president of Human Resources Professionals of Minnesota and is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management. Janice has served as a committee member for MCDC programs management and volunteered for over 13 years as a preschool student teacher at Living World Christian Center in Brooklyn Center, Minnesota. She is currently the Chairperson for the Lundstrum Center for the Performing Arts Gala Celebration.
